PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• To help decrease the chance of bruising avoid Advil, Ibuprofen, Aleve, Aspirin, Motrin, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, Ginger, Ginseng, Gingko, and St. John's Wort 7-14 days prior to treatment (unless prescribed to treat a health condition).

• Avoid alcohol 24 hours before your treatment to reduce the chances of bruising.

• To minimize the appearance of bruising, you can start taking Arnica tablets one week prior to your treatment. (Unless you are allergic, or it is contraindicated with any medications/medical conditions you have – this may include high blood pressure.)

• Schedule your appt at least 1 month prior to a special event, such as a wedding or vacation to allow yourself time for a follow-up 2 weeks prior.
